Only Team Owners with a credit-based Personal or Pro plan can purchase credit packs.

How credit packs work
Section titled “How credit packs work”You can purchase more credits through buying a credit pack or collect more credits through the remainders of auto recharge (500 credits are automatically purchased for $5 or 1500 credits for $10).
When you buy credits in a credit pack or when you accumulate credits through auto recharge, these credits do not have an expiration date.

You can also enable auto recharge in case your team account runs out of credits and still buy credit packs.
For example, perhaps you’re building out new functionality for your project using Agent Runners, so you buy a credit pack. You may still choose to set up auto recharge so your projects don’t run out of credits and stay active on the web. You can also keep auto recharge off to help control costs and only buy credits beyond your monthly plan in credit packs when you need them.
Buy credit packs
Section titled “Buy credit packs”When you buy credit packs for your Netlify team account, Netlify uses your payment information you use to pay for your team plan.
Credits are used by all projects in your team account.
As a Team Owner, to buy credit packs:
- Go to Usage & billing.
- Under Credit balance, select Purchase credits.
- Choose how many credit packs you want to buy and confirm. Each credit pack contains 1500 credits for $10.00.
